Upcoming Star Wars Series Unveils Production Team

The upcoming Star Wars series, "The Acolyte," has unveiled its cast and crew. Created by Leslye Headland, the series will feature a diverse ensemble of actors.

Cast

Amandla Stenberg will play the lead role of Aura, a young acolyte who discovers a dangerous secret about the Sith. Other cast members include Dafne Keen, Jodie Turner-Smith, Joonas Suotamo, and Lee Jung-jae.

Crew

Headland will serve as showrunner and executive producer. Other executive producers include Kathleen Kennedy, Michelle Rejwan, Jeff F. King, and Rayne Roberts.

Release Date

"The Acolyte" is expected to premiere on Disney+ in 2024. Filming is currently underway.
