LeBron James: 2020 Playoff Leader
Los Angeles Leads Eastern Conference
LeBron James, Anthony Davis, Rajon rondo, and the rest of the Los Angeles Lakers team lead the way to this year's playoffs.
LeBron James has led the Los Angeles Lakers to the NBA Finals for the first time since 2012. The Lakers defeated the Denver Nuggets 4-1 in the Western Conference Finals, with James averaging 29.8 points, 11.8 rebounds, and 8.5 assists per game. James also had a number of key plays down the stretch in the series, including a game-winning three-pointer in Game 5.
James is now the all-time leading scorer in the NBA Playoffs, and he is also the first player in NBA history to average at least 25 points, 10 rebounds, and 5 assists per game in the playoffs for his career. James is also the only player in NBA history to lead his team to the NBA Finals in three different decades.
The Lakers will now face the Miami Heat in the NBA Finals, which begin on Wednesday, September 30th. The Heat are led by Jimmy Butler, who is averaging 22.8 points, 7.8 rebounds, and 6.0 assists per game in the playoffs. The Heat are also a very good defensive team, so the Lakers will need to be at their best to win the series.
